This website is operated by Halo Eclipse, Inc. ("Halo," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting haloeclipse.com or purchasing from us, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order. You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, transmit malicious code, scrape content at scale, or interfere with site security or availability.

Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change without notice. On-screen colors are approximate.

The Phoenix eclipse lens meets ISO 12312-2, the international standard for direct solar observation. ISO 12312-2 is a standard, not a certification. The product is CE marked and listed on the American Astronomical Society approved safe-solar-providers list. Testing was performed by ORLAB at UNSW Sydney. See our compliance page for references and report access.

You agree to provide current, accurate purchase and account information. Orders ship from the United States, typically within three business days. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing or stock errors after an order is placed.

Unused Phoenix orders in original packaging are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, through July 31, 2026. After that window we honor a workmanship warranty against manufacturing defect. Sale items are final sale. Email hello@haloeclipse.com to start a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

All site content — text, photography, product designs, the Halo and Phoenix marks — is owned by Halo Eclipse, Inc. and may not be reproduced, resold, or used to train machine-learning models without written permission.

The site uses third-party services for payments, fulfillment, analytics, and advertising. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Review their terms separately.

The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halo Eclipse and its officers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or product. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction (including EU/UK statutory rights).

You agree to indemnify Halo Eclipse and its affiliates against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of others.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer rights under your local law still apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
