Shipping

Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. All orders must ship to a physical address; we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Orders dispatch from our U.S. fulfillment partner via USPS or UPS, tracked end-to-end. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. International orders typically take 2–3 weeks depending on destination and customs.

Free U.S. shipping is included. International orders ship at a paid rate calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our facility.

Arrival guarantee

For U.S. orders placed before our published cutoff, HALO guarantees arrival before the August 12, 2026 total solar eclipse. If a U.S. order does not arrive in time, contact us within 48 hours of the eclipse and we'll make it right.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return window through July 31, 2026. To start a return, email hello@haloeclipse.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with an RMA number and shipping instructions.

Buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged on arrival? Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll send a prepaid label.

Once your return reaches our facility, processing takes up to 5 business days. Refunds issue to the original payment method and may take up to 7 days to appear.
