Shipping & Returns
We process orders for shipping Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 3-4 business days after placing your order for processing/shipping. All orders must be shipped to a physical address as we cannot deliver orders to a P.O. Box.
All orders are dispatched from Las Vegas and you will receive confirmation/tracking information once your order ships. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Orders within the United States should take 7-14 days, while orders outside the United States should take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier.
At HALO ECLIPSE, we offer returns on full-price merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the initial shipping fee for your order is non-refundable. With the exception of a manufacturer’s defect or product damaged upon arrival, you are responsible for the full cost of shipping when returning your order.
To initiate a return, please email email@example.com your order number and the name of the items you wish to return. Once approved, we will send you a RMA# with instructions on where to send your package. You are responsible for the return shipping fees. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS.
Shipping costs are non-refundable—no refunds on "SALE" items. When your return has been delivered to our facility, it can take up to 5 business days to process. You will receive an email when your return has been processed. Your refund will be in the original form of payment, minus the original shipping fees. Refunds can take up to 7 days to be returned. If you receive any damaged items from HALO, please email: email@example.com within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage, and once approved we will send you a pre-paid shipping label.
