DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
At the present time, we ship to all countries in North America and to Chile and Argentina in South America. While we don’t currently ship orders outside of these regions, we plan to expand our international delivery and global retail partnerships very soon.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

This depends on the delivery country you're shipping to. Orders within the United States should take less than one week and orders outside the United States should take up to 2 weeks for delivery. All orders are guaranteed to be delivered before the next coming solar eclipse if ordered within 3 weeks of the eclipse date. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. You’ll receive a unique tracking number to follow the progress of your order in real time.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED ITEMS?

We dispatch our HALO spectacles in perfect condition. If you receive any damaged items from HALO, please email us (hello@haloeclipse.com) within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage and we will replace or refund your order right away. 

WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Everything from HALO is backed by our 100% guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your HALO purchase, please return it within 30 days of delivery. As long as your purchase is unused and in the same condition it reached you, we'll give you a full refund. 

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING I'VE BOUGHT? 
Return delivery is free within the United States when you use our prepaid return label. All other return shipping is available at a discounted rate depending on the delivery country. Please contact us at hello@haloeclipse.com for region-specific rates. 

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? 
When we receive the returned item, we'll send you an email to confirm arrival. Please allow us 3 business days to process your refund and credit this to the original payment type, for the original purchase price you paid. Remember payments to your credit card will depend on your bank or credit institution.

CAN I EXCHANGE?

You can exchange your purchase for something else within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original condition.
